Body Massage Therapy

A full body massage treatment is an ideal session for new and revisiting clients alike wanting to experience massage therapy and understand what works for them, the therapy allows for various muscles and soft tissue areas to be manipulated and help increase circulation, ease tense muscles and complete relaxation.

Neck, Shoulders & Back

This massage option is ideal for easing the neck and shoulders and back from aches and wear from repetitive day-to-day tasks such as work.  A good massage for people who find themselves doing a lot of deskwork or sedentary roles.  Starting over the shoulders, working down the back towards to lumber and the base of the back and then returning to the neck to complete the therapy session.

Sports Massage

This massage helps work and mobilise deeper tissue to ease tightness, wear and general aches in the muscle groups that are similar to excessive sports movements, meaning it is a session that suits many clients.  The therapy includes the back, lumber of the back, calves, thighs, ankles and knees and upper shoulders.

MLD Massage Therapy

Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle form of massage used to alleviate a build up of fluid in the body, such as ankles, knees etc.  It also encourages the lymphatic system to flow the lymph around the body and engage the natural immune system to help boost the body to fight common ailments and create a healthier response.

Stress Head Therapy

Tension in the head comes hand in hand with suffering from stress, we all have different coping mechanisms, but learning to switch off/slow down is a skill we often lack.  Using massage therapy and pressure points around the facial area and head helps release tense build up.

Swedish Body Massage

Swedish massage brings together a session that helps improve the circulation in muscles around the body, it includes hacking and cupping to stimulate the blood flow to the connective tissues and helps aches and pains in general.
