The use of the booking online system is strictly for booking appointments with Purevive Therapy treatments only.

By booking an appointment you are entering an agreement to attend and pay for a service with Purevive Therapy.

This is an agreement between Purevive Therapy and yourself for the chosen therapy.  

First time bookings require full payment before attendance. This can be made by selecting 'PAY ONLINE' during the process of booking online.  If a payment is not selected or made on an  initial first booking, contact will be made and a payment SMS message will be sent for the amount of the chosen therapy. Until payment is made the appointment does not enter a binding contract for Purevive Therapy to accept the appointment.

Once you have been in attendance for an appointment other appointment payments can be made in person on the treatment date. 

Cancellations

All cancellations must be given notice of 24 hours prior to the booking time.  If the appointment has already been paid for, the appointment can be rescheduled for a future time and date without any further charges.  

If a cancellation or non-attendance occurs within 24 hours of the appointment, a payable amount of the full amount maybe required.  A payment invoice will be sent if an appointment is not attended and has not been paid in advance. 

Refunds

No payments are refundable, once payments are made they maybe transferable. Please contact Purevive Therapy directly to discuss any required changes to transferring appointments or requesting a refund. These are only done under the discretion of Purevive Therapy. 

By reading this information, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions held here by Purevive Therapy and must agree to these clicking the acknowledgement box upon creating your online booking. 

Insurance claims

I am offering general or complementary therapies and do not directly accept insurance, requiring clients to pay once treatment has been completed. You may seek reimbursement from your insurer. Whether a claim is possible depends entirely on your specific health insurance policy and the therapist's qualifications. In the UK this is extremely varied hence why I would request you check your policy to avoid any disappointment in claims not being approved.
